COVID-19 has brought new stress and anxiety to our lives. I’ve tried to help by providing insight, information and tools. For me, meditation has been an invaluable tool that I need more than ever. I recorded this brief guided meditation for those who might wish to give it a try. The audio file runs about 9 minutes and is designed for those who are new to meditation.
